Anemolia wine is the escape means from the stifling everyday life and the landing to tranquility, rest and merriment.

Production: 3.000 bottles

Location / Vineyard: Viticulturist zone of Naousa.

From the special proprietary vineyard in the Trilofos, Naousa region, at an altitude of 200 meters, on sandy clay loam soil and southeast exposure. With the special diligence of E. Tazoglidou and as a main aim the quality of the raw material, central principles are followed, such as high canopy, thoughtful water usage, optimal foliage and grapes' health,with low yield, 2,5 kg average production per plant.

Vinification/Ageing:
With the method of classic red wine vinification. A 12-18 month ageing in French oak barrels follows.

Description:
Complex aroma of wild berries, sour cherry and green pepper. Deep ruby colour with blue hues. On the palate it shows its firm composition, as its acidity endows it with a lingering aftertaste. Its tannins are soft and add to it a velvety body.

Food Pairing:
Matches perfectly with hotpot food of Greek cuisine, rich pasta with sauces as well as roasted meats.

Ideal temperature 16-18 C.
