Based on her long-standing experience, experimentation and her knowledge of xinomavro variety, E. Tazoglidou selects unique plants from the best vineyards of Naousa. The plants are marked and monitored during germination. The taste testing of the berries along with the regulation of the technological and phainolic maturity will determine the harvest time.
Vinification / Ageing : Following the method of classic red wine vinification with the aim of maximum extraction of all of its ingredients. It ages in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Description: On the nose it shows a complex character, multidimensional, with intense fruity aromas like cherry and small red fruits that intertwine with those of olive and tomato. Its colour is deep red and on the palate it shows its well-structured body and its lingering aromatic aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Paired with roasted meats or meats cooked with rich sauces. Matches perfectly with game meat and ripe, spicy, high-fat cheese.
Ideal temperature 16-18 C.
