Varieties: Vidiano 80% - Kydonitsa 20%

Production: 2000 bottles.

Location / Vineyard: Viticulturist zone of Naousa, North Greece.
Indigenus varieties, Vidiano is a white grape variety of Crete origin and Kydonitsa from the southern part of Greece. It’s name likely comes from «kydoni», the Greek word for quince, which the aromas of the grape seem to resemble. Both varieties are cultivated in the proprietary vineyard aiming turning the focus on Naousa terroir.

Vinification: Prefermative cold maceration followed by vinification in a stainless steel tank at 160 – 180 C.

Description: Shiny yellowish colour with golden hues. Aromas of citrus, ripe peach and quince. It creates a rich mouth-feel with elegant acidity that balances it and endows it with a refreshing character.

Food Pairing: Paired with fish, salads and pasta with light vegetables sauces. Ideal temperature 80 – 100 C.
