From the proprietary vineyard in the region of Amygdalia, Trilofos. It is situated at an altitude of 170 metres with a slight inclination and poor soil.
The orientation of the rows helps in the continuous ventilation so that with minimal sprayings we have optimal grape health. It is characterized by low yield and precocity.
Vinification: Following skin contact in cold for a few hours, vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The wine then remains in contact with its primary lees for a few months, gaining in body and structure.
Description: Crystal clearrosé colour with aromas of wild fruits and citrus blossom. It creates a vibrant mouth-feel, with a dense body and a refreshing acidity. A balanced wine with a striking freshness.
Food Pairing: Paired with dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, refreshing salads, sushi, fish as well as pasta with seafood or sauces.
